Additionally, while RTC exhausts all resources necessary to complete the engagement, the client’s management team will be kept current throughout the entire process.
At RTC we are most known for our ‘Bridging the gap between IT & Finance’ consulting services. It is a known fact that IT and Finance don’t mix well – and we all understand why. IT is a department that has a focus of making the company more efficient, productive, innovative etc. – and there is a cost associated with technology (and it is not small). Finance is a department that focuses on saving money and not only is IT spending tons of it, it is also confusing to understand. RTC knows how to get what IT wants, while keeping IT honest on real needs vs. wants, and save money on the finance side while educating finance on what the spend is and how we can drive it down. Our engagements have multiple offerings with multiple lengths. These can also be priced out multiple ways. These include:

- Project Based
- Semi-Contingency.
RTC is 100% focused on technology savings inside the enterprise only. Technology is very unique and specialized, which is why we are 100% focused on this niche alone. This includes all hardware, software, cloud, infrastructure, data centers, rent, services etc. Domestic, international, global.
We offer these engagements as a flat fee, project based or on a semi-contingent basis.
